Home  Overview It is always a good feeling to know that someone is watching your server. With our Server Service Monitoring Package, we add your server to our state of the art monitoring system. If there is a problem with one of your services, you will receive an email notification detailing what service is down and for how long. This is our “no frills” package that allows you to take full responsibility for the server, but still gives you an extra eye. This is also a good backup solution for an existing monitoring system you may already be using. Services are polled every 10 minutes to check availability. Many times a port can get stuck open, which would allow the services to show as up and operational. With our monitoring we verify the service is actually up and accepting connection by reading the service headers. With this technique we avoid false positives and give you the confidence that your server is in good standing. In the event that a service is offline, you are sent a notification to the email address of your choice. This package does not require any software to be installed in your server. In fact, we never even login to your server.
